Body movement can be helpful as a means of clarifying and optimizing the ability to act effectively on one’s own behalf. Movement Analysis is used with people of all ages and is especially effective with those, who, in everyday life, are confronted with special physical, mental and/or emotional needs. In my weekly sessions movement experience alternates with reflection in a mutual exchange aimed at promoting better self-understanding.
The first movement analysis appointment functions as a preliminary talk. After that, a trial period of five sessions offers you a chance to become acquainted with movement analytic procedure and deepen our exchange. At the close of the fifth session we decide together on the option of further work.
Currently, all sessions are held online through Zoom or Skype due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
